It was one of those morning where I couldn't sleep. I have been busy painting some 2mm Irregular Miniatures blocks. While waiting for them to dry, I decided to play a quick game using my cigar box armies.
The board was set up with random landscape. Both armies had 4 infantry and 2 cavalry units. For rules I used "See the Elephant" rules.

As usual, my pictures came up jumbled. This picture shows the end of the game, where the red army finally defeated the blue army. |

Early in the battle. It looked like the blue army was going to break the red's center. |
Looks like it was an exciting game John - impromptu games are often the best
ReplyDeleteIt was an exciting game. I really should just when the mood hits, just get out the dice and toy soldiers and just play!
ReplyDeleteThose were really tiny miniatures!! Great for a small game though. Won't take up much storage space either. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun game! Are the rules you use available somewhere? I tried to search and I found a link in an old blog post, but the link was to a file that was not public.
