While I haven't done much lately with wargaming, I did come across a nice lot of SAE 30mm Napoleonics. The main reason I bought them was for the British general figure, one figure I hadn't seen before. Perhaps in the future he will lead my SAE Guards into battle.

My new lot of SAE cavalry and general figure. |

Perhaps the cavalrymen in bicorns will find themselves promoted to generals.e |
Very nice figures.
ReplyDeleteI've been seeing several SAE figures that I haven't seen before, the general being one of them.
DeleteNice figures , I haven't seen before .
ReplyDeleteOn Ebay the last couple of weeks I've seen several figures that are new to me. Unfortunately, the prices were too high for me right now.
DeleteGreat buy! This are wonderful figures. For me SAE 30mm and Spencer Smith 30mm plastics are one of the finest figures for wargaming.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a kid there was an antique shop that had a large collection of SAE that I loved to look at. I think that's why when I can I'll buy sets of them.
ReplyDeleteHuzzah! Lovely figures John. Definite leadership material.
ReplyDeleteSAE, Holger Erickson, Authenticast, Comet - names to conjure with. At least some HE figures have survived or are available today through recasts and Prince August moulds.
They are great figures, which can distract me from other figures. Unfortunately I missed out on several other lots with figures I do not have yet.
